Junior Project Assistant - pharma - Switzerland
Nextlink is currently looking for a Junior Project Assistant to support us on project management activities until the end on 2016.
This for an Intranet solution project within a global pharmaceutical.
Tasks:
- Project Documentation
- General project activities coordination
- Project plan update
- Issue and risk management
- UAT organization
- Meeting facilitation
- Project events organization.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks for programs with multiple projects
- Former Roche Experience in IT projects using PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project like Project Library, touchpoint, google drive and smartsheet
- High level of English
