Hanson Regan are looking for a HRIS Programme Manager for a 12 month contract role based in Switzerland starting in July.
You should have the following experience:
- Strong Programme Manager/Leader background (ideally within a HR environment)
- Strong business acumen (understand modern HR service delivery models) and value delivery of HR to business
- Proven track record in managing multi-national HRIS projects with major impact on processes and procedures, organization and how a function is doing their business (HR operating model),
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Fluent English, German is advantageous (not mandatory)
