An exciting new opportunity has arisen with one of our financial services clients in beautiful Zurich, where there is a need for a Storage resident to perform duties which will include the day to day support of enterprise storage systems on site with the client, disk provisioning, troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance and service improvements.
You will be an accomplished client facing consultant with the ability to balance the needs of various stakeholder needs.
Job requirements:
Excellent knowledge of most recent HDS products (VSP & G series, TrueCopy, ShadowImage, HUS, HCS etc)
* Management environment configuration
* Support of the early deployment block environment
* Management and support of SAN Switches
* Liaise with any 3rd level support escalations
* Provision capacity requests
* Provide assistance to the technical Team
* Collect Billing data
