FENICS Subject Matter Expert (Business Analyst/Project Manager)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a FENICS SME with Business Analysis and Project Management skills. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Description:
FENICS is a product which supports all aspects of FX option activity from Pricing, Automated Price Distribution, Trading, Risk Management and Post trade Processing
Role:
- FENICS SME interfacing with users and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to various internal projects as FENICS representative
- Review, definition and execution of IT and business concepts for FENICS
- Experience in working in a large financial institution
Responsibilities:
50% of the time contributing to various internal projects as FENICS and about 35% is spent on coordinating with various stake holders ie business users, business engineers, production support for testing. The remaining time will be spent on 3rd Level Support
Essential skills
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis and project management role
- Good understanding of FX derivatives instruments
- Good understanding of derivative instruments in the FX market (FX Options)
- Good knowledge of GFI/FENICS (3rd level support for FENICS including incident and problem handling)
- Must be able to produce high quality functional and technical documentation intended for business users as well as development teams
- Possess excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essential
