We are currently looking for a Executive Assistant to support the Head of ERP (4 Regional Teams RE/EMEA, NA, APAC, LATAM and 4 Global Teams).

The Executive Assistant asks:

  • Supporting the Global Head of ERP (calendar, meeting coordination, travel organization, expenses claim, offsite meetings logistics)
  • Support the ERP Leadership Team Members when visiting Basel
  • Supporting the assigned managers and relevant teams (P&D Management and RE/EEMEA Teams) in terms of booking travels, organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, videoconferences, workshops
  • Setting up Purchase Orders in Ariba, calculating accruals and updating departmental distribution lists
  • Coordinating interviews, on- and off-boarding of new employees/contractors
  • Deputizing administrative colleagues

The Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • Five years of proven working experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to independently perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly,
  • Reliable and proactive approach to problem-solving capability
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and aptitude to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, LT members and external customers
  • Good knowledge of software applications (MS Office and Google Applications)
  • High level communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and German

Nice to Have:

+++ Former Pharma Experience (esp. experience with Ariba, RADA and Google Mail/Calendar)
