For a three months project of our client, an international operating Insurance company, we are looking for a

Data Analyst – Collection & Coordination (3471)

In this role, you will drive the coordination with the local IT and operations teams in understanding what’s required from them and provides assistance to local countries to define solutions if requested. You will work closely with the project team members and the central and local development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain an overview of the country delivery plans and monitoring their execution, ensuring the activities are completed within timelines set by the project.
- Create, in cooperation with local teams, plans for partners to complete activities within a defined timescale.
- Explain IT requirements and service requirements to the local teams, working together with the Business Lead, Business Architect and Business Analyst
- Assess the proposed solutions against internal requirements
- Oversee changes to local systems and data provision (tracking / chasing)
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing of data feeds
- Analyze and test sample sets of data
- Obtain sign-off of the data sets / solutions per country and ensure business-as-usual operations are in place
- Provide regular updates and status to the project manager and team. Escalate issues and risks where necessary

Requirements

- Good Knowledge in IT as well as in Planning, Coordination, tracking & monitoring
- Several years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
- Experience of gathering large sets of data from multiple sources, and understanding how data models and databases structure and use data.
- Experience in working remotely and influencing stakeholders
- Working experience in insurance and/or finance industry advantageous
- Excellent spoken and written English skills is a must, other language skills are a plus
