Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for a Project Manager (Senior) for a 12 months contract in Switzerland.
The successful candidate has vast experience in implementing of-the-shelf applications, especially run as SaaS
The topic of the project is the selection of a Clinical MetaData Repository, the related contract negotiation with the vendors (together with IT Procurement and Legal) and its successful implementation. Experience in above is a must, but not in the field of MetaData Repositories as another company (expert in MDR) will support the PM during the RFI/RFP and in the test phase of the candidate systems
Job description
- The Senior Project Manager will work together with the company Intilaris, Program Manager, Architect, Quality Manager, IT Procurement, Legals, Testing and Business Analyst, IT Security and Audit
- Must: Experience in Testings
- Must: Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must: Experience with validated systems (GxP) and the CSV process
- Must: Good track record of bringing new systems into production
Responsibilities:
- Phase 1 Definition/description (Product/Vendor selection)
- Phase 2 Requirements definition/RFI-RFP
- Phase 3 Commercial and legal negotiations
- Phase 4 System Testing + UAT/Training Go-live
Requested skills/experience
- implementation of Saas or Cloud solutions
- Testing/UAT
- Experience in implementing Systems and putting the latter into production
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience
- Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Effective written and oral communication skill (English)

START: January
END: 31.12.2012
Workload: 100% onsite in Switzerland (travel expected in Europe/USA)
