For a long term project at our clients‘ site, a global bank based near Berne, we are looking for aGerman Speaking Requirements Engineer - Mortgage Management (3434)
This is an exciting job opportunity as a business requirements engineer in a highly motivated professional team. The designated candidate will be responsible for the analysis, development and validation of the respective business requirements within a higly complex IT landscape. He/She will be working closely to the business and the IT side of the project. Further know-how in fund management, financial accounting and risk management would be a benefit to be able and work on a wider range of projects.
Job Qualifications:
- 5 or more years’ experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
- Know-how in Mortgage Management, Fund Management, Financial Accounting, Risk Management
- Strong skills in the analysis and specification of Business Rule-, Screen- and Interface Requirements
- Strong communication skills for peer- (Requirement Engineers, Solution Architect, Test Engineer) and Business communication (Business Application Owner, Business Analysts, Business User)
- Strong skills for logical and cross linked thinking
- Good ability for self organization and independent working
- Knowledge about workflow steered/supported processes
- Strong soft skills to handle stakeholders with different backgrounds (Requirement engineers, Project leads, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
- Strong ability to work both independently and integrated in a project team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required
- Fluent written and spoken German, good written and spoken English
Advantageous Skills:
- Experienced with the usage of JIRA, Polarion, Quality Center
- Experienced with the usage of Visio
- Experienced with Agile (SCRUM)
- Experience in application development projects following incremental and iterative approaches (RUP, Agile)
- Experience in Credits domain, Risk Management
- Motivation to contribute software improvements in an interesting environment experience in banking or finance industry
- Experience with workflow, particularly with workflow automation / straight-through-processing
