For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedData Warehouse Developer / Consultant - T-SQL & C# PART TIME 50% (3410)
For this role we are looking for an experienced developer with excellent communication skills to work closely with the Business Analyst and the Business Users to help confirm requirements and specifications of changes. This is a part time role based out of Zurich. Remote working is not possible for this project, attendance at the offices is required.
Your qualifications:
- Senior Data Base / Data Warehouse Developer
- Experienced consultant who has worked as DWH developer with MS SQL technology and C#, .NET
- Experience with adding extensions to existing layers in DWH
- Strong with C# (reporting layer on top requires C# programming to make required changes)
- Experienced with people management - collaboration with Business Analysts / customers within the program
- Working experience in large corporations
- Service / Change Management involvement experience in bigger company would be an asset
- Relatively flexible on the 50% set up (on which days etc.)
- Needs to be located in Zurich.
About the role:
- Create scripts on database level (T-SQL), C# (application servers), mainly to support the platform MyReports around scheduling, automation etc.
- Support in data processing for topics like for example SNOW, ServiceCo,
- Plan and build a full security concept in order to cope with legal restrictions, mainly from the SNOW side but as well for other topics like HR-Reporting, EWFM etc.
- This Waterfall- Project runs for 8 years now. Additional functionalities should be implemented
- Technologies used: T-SQL (MS SQL 2008 r2), C#, Classic ASP, Business Objects Enterprise XI 11.4, FTPs, XML, JAVA, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, many other databases like Oracle, DB2, Informix, Sybase etc.
- You will be rather integrating more tools than replacing existing ones
- The role is divided as follows: 40% Development, 40% Consulting, 20% Maintenance of existing parts
- You'll be working in a very broad environment with lots of opportunities to evolve
