For our client here in Zurich, a global insurance company, we are looking for aWeb Project Manager - Website Rollout w CMS / Sitecore (3321)
Our client is looking for an energetic Project Manager with enough technical knowledge and experience to be able to take over several global rollouts and website migration projects. The candidate must possess hands on experience in CMS ideally with Sitecore.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience as a project manager in a web development and/or digital marketing environment
- Scrum Master Certification, with Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge working with Agile software tools
- Technical understanding of complex Software architectures and development environments
- Content Management Systems experience preferably with Sitecore CMS
- Documentation skills (Epics, Features, User Stories) including managing specifications and communication into delivery teams
- Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across a team of internal and external Project Managers
- Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organized, logical and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving
- Ability to develop detailed waterfall project and program plans, based on a work breakdown structure, that provides the ability to manage critical path
- Effective skills in facilitating meetings and other forums involving a large number of participants/stakeholders and driving toward desired outcomes within prescribed timeframes
- Strong inter-personal, influencing, negotiating, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills
- Solid understanding/knowledge of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologie
- PMI PMP® Certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute several global rollout and website migration projects.
- Manage the project risks/issues and develop mitigation plans
- Work directly with representatives of all organizational areas, and be considered functioning website expert. Must be able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.
