Candidate profile:
- Sound background in project management of software delivery Projects
- Strong capabilities in methodologies and tools to perform all project management as well as project management office activities.
- Several years of experience in a similar position and excellent knowledge in Project Management and agile methods (SCRUM/Kanban) as well as RUP and/or CMMI
- Good leadership skills to drive implementation of a defined set of features through all phases (eg requirements engineering, development, testing, go life, organizational rollout).
- Strong skills in stakeholder management
- Practical experience of successful cooperation with offshore partners is beneficial
- Practical experience in state-of-the-art software architecture and good understanding of banking products and experience in reporting or tax are a plus
- Banking know how is of advantage, in particular in the area of private banking
- PMP certification would be nice
- MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint (must)
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
- English (must)
- German (big plus)
