Beschreibung

We are currently Senior Business Analyst - HR International Assignment Management Solution.

As part of the deployment of a new IT solution (Polaris) to support the management of International Assignees we are looking for a Business Analyst who will support the delivery of phase 3 of the project. This part of the project will focus on process optimization, release of the system to HR Business Partners as well as International Assignees and the release of the system to 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
The solution supporting International Assignment management is a cloud based solution providing an electronic assignee case management system interfaced with SAP's main HR systems. It aims to deliver a better customer service, workflow/documentation management, process improvements and streamlining as well as an overall enhancement of the assignee experience.

This phase of the project focuses especially on:
Improved documentation management
Streamlining vendor initiation/service support work orders
Improve IA/HRBP visibility and support via self-service portals
Improve reporting and data integrity - system and interface testing

This phase of the project is intended to be delivered by end of 2015.
The project team needs to be strengthened with dedicated resources, including an HRIT business analyst who can understand processes with a view to optimizing as well as bring a fresh perspective to aspects of the project, including the way the system will interact with HR Business Partners as well as the active assignee population.

The Business Analyst will be in charge of:
- Review the current end to end process (from initiation in the SAP HCM to specialized processing within Polaris Global Mobility cloud solution) and propose optimization allowing the process to be simpler, flexible and more effective
- Coordinate implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed optimizations
- Prepare the release of the system to HR Business Partners and International Assignees within the organization. This includes system verification and design, change management and associated communication.
- Organize the release of the system to 3rd party suppliers (ie Tax consultants, relocation vendors etc.) so they can perform their activities directly into the system.

The HRIT Project manager expected competencies are:
- Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT,having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
- Good Knowledge of Benefits, Compensation, and Taxes areas, related to International Assignments
- Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent assignee management systems)
- A focus on the client experience - how should the software best be used to enhance the end user experience
- Understanding of SAP HCM
- Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
