Transformation Business Analyst (Banking exp required)
This is a pivotal role that has diverse responsibilities
The successful candidate must have strong Mainframe programming background. JAVA knowledge is a plus. He/she has to have strong knowledge of security master, knowledge of financial/brokerage industry is a plus. Finally, the successful candidate will have experienced in designing User Interface & Reports specifications in the security mastering space
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse and extract from multiple Mainframe online and batch programs business rules related to ASTRA project
- Create business and technical requirements/specifications for offshore development team
- Supports development team in requirements & specifications clarification Ensure that all assigned tasks are properly planned, organized, and documented
- Work closely with Transformation Project delivery team, monitor delivery tasks to meet agreed timescales within practical constraints Transformation Plan
- Translate business requirements into UI & Reports specifications
Organizational Relationship:
Reporting to the WMSB BA head
Desired Experience
- 7 years relevant experience in Mainframe development
- 3+ year of Security Master/Pricing experience
- Writing UI & Reports Specifications
- Track record of working with Global teams (offshore)
- People management and coaching skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Good communication (including report-writing) and interpersonal skills
- Average user of Excel/PowerPoint/Word
