Project Manager

Beschreibung

• A Project Manager is required to manage a large / medium sized project implementing processes as part of an organizational transformation,workstream.
• The person will have to closely manage and align process owners and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, document outcomes and processes, and manage as a project including deliverables according to the pharmaceutical Project Methodology, and that also comply with our compliance framework.
• The person will work with the transformation team, and be based on a set of deliverables in a given timeframe.
• Pharmaceutical experience would be highly preferred in a project capacity to enable a fast start.

• Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
• Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures;
• Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices;
• Strong analytical skills; business process development best practices, change management; strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills;
• Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration; excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
• Pharma experience and understanding of pharma processes is a very big plus.
• Languages: fluent in English, German preferred
