We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a AMS operation specialist to join their business in Switzerland.Position Title: AMS operation specialist
Position Type: 6 months contract
Start Date: March 2015

Responsibilities:
- Based business planning, implementation of business management by objectives, monitor execution, ensure goal achievement.
- Responsible for network security knowledge & process publicity.
- Responsible for the implementation of quality management methods to improve the quality of service (including data quality).
- Responsible for managing the implementation of satisfaction, organizational issues closed loop drive customer management, enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for office meetings and team building operations support;
Qualifications:
- College degree - Computer, administration related.
- 1 years experience in Statistic.
- Master software such as OFFICE, PPT etc and must be good at Excel.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing in English. Chinese and Switzerland ability is preferred.
- Know various common data collection methods; active, smart & logic minded.
- Acquire sound sense of responsibility, service consciousness, team work spirit and coordination capability.
