Project:
-Planning and execution of all usability engineering activities focusing on interaction design and evaluation.
-Close cooperation with other UX experts, project, requirements and risk management between sites.
-Planning, preparation and execution of formative and summative usability evaluations.
-Alignment of user interface and workflow design within and beyond product lines.
Professional experience required:
-5+ years of working experience in projects with hard- and software components.
-Proficiency in visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping tools.
-Proven record of the application of UX tools, methodologies and projects.
-Proficient in translating user research results into requirements and driving ideation activities with multiple stakeholders.
-Bachelor/Master in Psychology, Interaction Design, Usability/Human Factors or other comparable education in social science.
-Education in Human Computer Interaction Design or equivalent.
Nice to have:
-Working experience in a highly regulated environment (healthcare, defense, avionics) is a plus
-German is nice to have
