Key responsibilities:
- Develop inspiring and engaging social media strategies
- Work together with the performance team to monitor results
- Identify trends and developments in the industry
- Ensure the quality of partner agencies
- Administer the social media budget
- Develop reports, analyses and presentations
Required qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in social media management
- Fluent English and German C1, IT+FR is a plus
- A passion for social media
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of all social media channels, platforms and tools
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and hands-on work ethic
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- An innovative, creative approach
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
