For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Senior Project Coordinator/Business Analyst - with Pharma Laboratory Systems experience
background:
Our client is about to introduce a laboratory execution system (LES).
The core LES is live and currently site installations are being deployed.
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (with CSV background) who will also have the role as a Business Analyst.
The contractor will work closely with the global and the local PM (project manager), the BAs (business analysts), the SMEs (subject matter experts) and the BPO (business process owner).
The main responsibility of the contractor will be the responsibility to support local project scheduling and to manage implementation documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support local project scheduling (global timelines)
- Manage implementation documentation (plan/checklist/report), including prioritization
- Coordinate and support site-team activities, involving subject matter experts (SMEs), the global and the local IT teams as appropriate
- Coordinate and support the QC/LES method/template development activities
- Coordinate escalation of challenges and questions
Must Haves:
- Background in QC/analytical labs (+7 years of experience)
- Strong IT affinity/experience as a member of (global) IT project team in Pharma
- Knowledge in configuring/administration of commercial LIMS, LES or ELN systems is an advantage (LIMS and ELN systems are equal to LES)
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a thinker )
- Proactive investigation of issues and functionalities that may be required
- Great communication skills (excellent German AND English language skills)
- Great team player
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Okay to travel/be partially onsite (specifically to Germany, Mannheim)
Nice to Haves:
- International pharma experience is a big plus
- Experience in multi-site deployment project
- Experience in leading teams
Starting date: 01.02.2017
Duration: till 31.12.2017
Travel required up to 40% (especially to Germany)
Location: Basel (20% remote possible prior approval)
