Administrative Expert wanted for one of our clients in the pharma industry located in Basel. Your experience/skills: Commercial education or similar together with excellent administrative skills Proven track record as "Administrative Specialist" or equivalent working experience Solid computer skills such as Word and PowerPoint Capability to liaise with all levels of internal management, staff and outside vendors as well as excellent interpersonal skills Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus Your tasks: Supporting the general administration including overseeing organizational tasks and maintaining the administrative processes Managing budget along with interacting with FRA and other relevant functions Backing of special projects including organizing meetings, keeping minutes and preparing presentations Ensuring a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees together with training, onboarding material and meetings Briefing and supporting the team and associates on processes, guidelines and services Start: ASAP Duration: 13MM++ Location: Basel, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH9802 Does that sound interesting?
