Strategic Human Resources Consultant (60% - 80%)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant with proven Human Resources project experience. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Project:
- Part of the Onboarding Enhancement project
- Global project with participants from different region/location and background
- Project leader needs support in this first initialization, planning and conceptual phase
- Project sub-stream goals are to develop and implement a onboarding journey for new hires and global new hire induction training
Skills:
- Senior HR Resource with:
- Either an experienced HR Professional with strong Consulting and Project Management skills developed in a well-known consultancy firm
- Or an experienced Consultant and Project Manager with background in HR and/or Training projects on a global scale
- Extensive project experience working on strategic human resources projects
- Experience in complex and global organization
- Proven ability and experience to visualize ideas and design architectural concepts
- Aptitude to synthesize results from different data sources and to visualize these results in PowerPoint
- Banking industry is highly desirable
- English is a must, German an asset
