Executive Assistant wanted for our client in the banking sector based in Zurich.

Your experience/skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment within the banking sector (further education in Executive Assistance would be a plus).
  • High motivation; strong multitasking skills, precise and efficient work approach as well as outstanding organizational skills and strong problem solving skills.
  • High customer orientation, integrity and very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent know-how in MS Office, particularly in MS PowerPoint
  • Languages: fluent in German and in English

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the efficient support of the Chief Auditors in all organizational and administrative tasks (calendar management, travel organisation, expense management and preparing presentations)
  • Assisting the Internal Audit report review and issuance process
  • taking ownership of any issues that arise from the day to day processes and resolving these in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Administrative tasks, ie basic office management including office supplies, archiving and filing
