Enterprise Risk Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Background in risk management along with 5+ years of working experience in analytical risk function in banking (strategic or quantitative risk management)
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint as well as MS Access database knowledge
- Solid working experience with risk appetite, stress testing and regulatory submissions, esp. Pillar II
- Very strong analytical thinking to pick up and adapt new concepts quickly and analyze implications as well as good organization and coordination skills and ability to challenge quality and consistency of documents
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the development of risk framework and scenario definitions, concepts and projects
- Ensuring alignment and appropriateness for International Wealth Management and Swiss Universal Bank divisions and Legal Entity Switzerland
- Describing and registering relevant processes, roles and responsibilities in terms of risk appetite framework operation and governance to ensure definition and reporting of key risks and risk appetite on time
- Preparing and documenting appropriate stress testing execution and reporting processes relating the relevant risk profile and internal and external requirements
- Cooperating with legal entity stakeholders to discuss and assess scenario and risk appetite topics along with assisting the setup and documentation of a holistic risk and scenario inventory
