Harvey Nash is looking for a Support Finance & Sourcing for a 6 month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
. Entering purchase orders in SAP/eShop
. Supplier Data Management
. Checking invoices
. Good receipt approval and entry
. Maintaining payment status
. Checking and controlling down payments
. Administrating bank guarantees
. Working on accruals, actuals and cash-out
. Securing approvals
. Document management
Requirements
. The educaton can be in the area: Finance, Controlling, Procurement
. Work experience at least 4 years in different areas
