Salesforce Workstream Lead
Our leading tech clients are urgently looking for a Salesforce Workstream Lead for a long term project in a very accessible part of Switzerland.
They will be working within a charismatic and innovative team, with a well-established, award winning client working with all the latest technologies!
The Salesforce Workstream Lead should ideally have the following skills:
Responsibilities:
- Leads Client Workstream throughout the program duration: Client business processes and Target Operating Models definition; configuration specs definition; training strategy definition and training content creation; overall Client change management; roll-out planning and execution (training, post-go-live support); Client Workstream closure and hand-over.
- Client Workstream governance, reporting, participation and representation of Client Workstream in program meetings as required.
- Align with technical streams (development, interface, testing, data, infrastructure, etc.) to ensure the systems and IT support the business processes.
Skills:
- Senior Consultant/Manager with experience of leading SFDC process development and rollout management, including change management.
