Tasks:
Identification, articulation and Prioritization of EPICS and User Stories relevant to the ITIIL Operations processes
Revised ITIL processes
Training plan for the operational teams
Support for the revised processes
Skills:
Experience in Designing and Implementing Optimized process for a Private Cloud environment
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Understanding the private Cloud capabilities and the ability to articulate required changes to the current customer processes.
Ability to interactively define the requirements and specifications with the customer
Translate the requirements into a Design
Translate the Design into a functional process
Languages:
English (written and spoken)
German is an advantage
