Program Manager Banking/Finance wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 8+ years of working experience as program manager
- Expertise in change management process as well as extract - status reporting and financial updates
- Excellent knowledge of market risk, finance and Volcker as well as experience with E2E delivery
- Knowhow in SDLC principles/standards as well as knowledge of reporting on launch and monitoring of project deliverables
- Result and content orientation, pragmatism and good social skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing program management tasks including project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Providing stakeholders with the information related to the program status
- Leading a team of skilled project managers directly and as part of a Matrix organization as well as assuring compliance with SDLC principles and standards
- Analyzing and managing senior stakeholders and clients, figuring out their interests and building up effective communications
- Designing and operating an effective control environment to embed risk awareness as well as identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
