Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer for a 2 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to design training material (Video, E-learning, Print out material, etc.) for end users and Service Desks agents for the Windows 10+ project (Windows 10, MS Office 2016 and IE11).
You are responsible for
. Working with OCM Manager, to adjust and implement Training Plans.
. Applying a structured methodology to design and develop training courses for employees and Service Desk agents.
. Preparing training material (depending on the requirements (E-learning, videos,..)
. Designing and developing training workshops
. Supporting training efforts
. Developing instructional strategies
. Implementing evaluation measures to gather user satisfaction
. the production of training materials in a variety of formats including classroom training, elearning, videos,...
. providing assistance to trainers
Requirements
. 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company related to trainings
. Sound knowledge of Instructional Designer concepts and elearning technologies ( Articulate Presenter/Storyline and Quizmaker- TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) Adobe Captivate Lectora)
. Experience with preparing videos (Adobe Premiere as Software)
. Implementation strategies
. Experience in training needs, analysis, and curriculum design
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English), German speaking of advantage.
. Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently.
. Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite.
. Experience of working in IT project implementation projects.
. Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills
. High attention to detail
. Excellent graphic Design Skills
. Experience in desktop migration projects a plus/related to trainings
