Resident Network Engineer
Our client, a multinational IT organisation are actively looking for a resident Engineer to join their growing team on a 6 month contract based in Zurich. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who hold Juniper certifications.
For this position you will be responsible for:
- Analysing network and device configurations.
- Provide network design leadership and assisting in building and identifying solutions.
- Troubleshooting the networks architecture and design issues.
- Testing product features and functionality.
For this position the successful you will possess the following skills:
- At least 6 years' experience in Technical Support positions.
- Strong experience with JNCIE SP (alt, JNCIP),Routing, security and Juniper MX and SRX series.
- Strong experience with LAN and WAN.
- At least 3 years' experience designing IP Networks as well as installation and operation of IP Routers.
- Experience with MPLS, L3VPN, VPLS, MVPN, IP routing and Ethernet experience.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Please note you may be required to work overtime for this position.
