Role:
Functional Cornerstone OnDemand Consultant/Analyst reporting to the Solution Architect
Duration:
12 months with the strong possibility of an extension
Project:
- Main HR Cloud large scale program being deployed in 60+ countries.
- Project to align business strategy to internally streamline employees and drive control over people and costs, and allowing for a harmonised approach regarding people strategy across the whole business.
Experience:
- Experience in implementing learning processes for Cornerstone on Demand
- Role requires the translation of business needs based on Cornerstone
- Business level English
- Good stakeholder management
- Experience in process industry preferred but not essential
