Responsibilities
- Apply System Management Methodology
- Design System Management Framework
- Advise on IT Service Management
- Lead IT Service Management Practices Improvement
- Design IT Service Management Solutions
- Advise on IT Infrastructure Management
- IT Infrastructure Management Services Improvement
- Design solution for IT Infrastructure Management Processes
- Lead Implementation of Designed IT Systems Managements Solutions
Experience Needed:
- Experience of Process architecture
- Strong ITIL background
- Service Management tools and solutions
- Previous experience with Procedure manuals creation and implementation
Personal:
- Ability to work within an international environment
- Team player and self starter
Language:
English on a professional level (French or German will be considered a plus)
