Senior Test Manager (Banking)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking Senior Test Manager. For this contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design and deliver in a new program
- Establish a test strategy and implement testing
- Review and determine testing resources
- Identify and provide/arrange necessary training to test groups
- Establish and managed a test organization
- Partner with stakeholder to initiate and manage the test effort
- Ensure adherence to agreed Test Strategy, Plan and project schedules and all relevant deliverables, fulfil legal and regulatory requirements
- Control & direct the activities of Testing resources, both internal and external
- Analyse and report on test results
- Report to the Project Manager
You must possess:
- 5 year experience in test management or project management on a program level in banking
- Experience in Test Strategy definition, Test Plan across different applications
- Knowledge in Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering
- Experience in non-functional testing and test automation is desired
- Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions
