Credit Risk SME wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Analysis of impacts of new Margin Rules on CRO (Credit Risk Officer) business
- Collaborate with IT and Credit Risk Officers as well as Front Office stakeholders to define process changes resulting from the new margin rules
- Define requirements for business readiness: updated processes & procedures, governance and training
- Leading project delivery ensuring that all business requirements are documented, reviewed and signed off
- Identify and raise risk and issues which will impact project timelines and delivery
Your experience/skills:
- Profound experience in Credit Risk
- Experience in model risk calculations
- Business analysis skills and experience writing business requirements documents
- Previous experience in private banking environment
- Experience in change management working on regulatory driven projects and good knowledge of OTC derivatives is an asset
- Ability to quickly understand business needs to obtain answers to outstanding questions
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent English both written and spoken
