HR Content Writer / 60% workload / Zurich Contract / 6 Months Contract

Darwin Recruitment have a new open position at one of our key clients who are located in Zurich Switzerland, where we are looking for a temporary external consultant to start as soon as possible.

General Conditions:

• Start date: October 2022
• End date: March 2023
• Extension: Extension and internalisation is possible
• Workplace: Onsite Zurich 20% and Home Office 80%
• Hourly Rate: CHF 85-95 (depending on experience)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Do you enjoy writing informative, expressive and appealing HR texts? We are looking for support in creating knowledge articles in our HR software Workday. Your creative tasks are:

• Creating information texts on various HR topics with references to the relevant internal sources and integrating them into our information database.
• Gathering, co-designing and optimizing meaningful information texts on various HR topics (e.g. holidays, start of work, development opportunities).
• Qualitative editing of texts.
• You are the hub/coordination of the input from the various HR departments.
• Transfer texts into Workday.

Must-haves:

• (First) HR marketing experience in Switzerland as well as an appealing writing style, which makes the texts appealing to the users.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, several years of experience in an HR function in order to be able to recognize and understand the connections.
• Ideally experience in writing meaningful HR information texts.
• Good handling of the Microsoft palette (especially Word).

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Workday, ideally Workday Help
• Knowledge of HR helpdesk structures would be an advantage
