Beschreibung

For our client, a global bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a Content Manager & Editor to publish insightful and attractive content on our client's social media channels.

Tasks 



Within Content & Social Media, you manage and continuously improve the social media workflow (planning, creation, publishing, promotion, monitoring/dialoge, analytics). Special attention lies on

  • Planning: You support the business as a key account manager. You advise your stakeholders on suitable content formats and guide them through the entire social media workflow

  • Creation: You transform the knowledge of the client employees or external thought leaders into insightful online content (written content, videos, animations, graphics…). To achieve this objective, you are able to write or review interviews, features, listicles, and other form of short- or long-form content optimised for search engines. Furthermore, you create concepts for infographics, animations, videos and podcasts. Together with the client’s Multimedia Team and your business stakeholders, you produce these content formats

  • Publishing: You publish content on the client’s content hub ‘Insights’ (a section of the client website) as well as Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram account. Tailoring content to publishing channels is paramount. For this reason you keep up to date with recent developments on the different channels

  • Promotion: With the help of our Digital Brand Managers, you transform your stakeholder’s objectives into impactful online campaigns (organic/paid)

  • Monitoring / dialogue: You keep an eye on the client’s and competitor social media channels to detect trends and oversee user dialogues

  • Analytics: To continuously improve the quality of the client’s online content, you measure it against KPIs and adapt strategies if needed


Requirements 


  • University degree or higher education, preferably in (Online) Marketing, Journalism or Communication

  • Experience in a multi-channel communications / content management environment

  • Good knowledge of the financial sector / wealth planning / mega trends / research / sponsorship activation

  • Comprehensive track record in writing demanding texts optimised for search engines (“SEO”) in English; attaching or linking to examples of prior writing is a plus

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent command of English (native level), good knowledge of German; additional languages (French in particular) are an asset

  • Technology-savvy

  • Preferable:

    • Experienced in producing podcasts, infographics, animations, videos

    • Experienced in dealing with content management and distribution systems

    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

    • Willingness to travel (approx. 4x / year, may include weekends)
