We are now recruiting for an experienced Quality Supplier Engineer, for 6 months contract basis, who will provide support to manage external vendors and processes related to effective performance. The position is based in French part of Switzerland.Major Activities: main point of contact with existing and new Vendors support remediation activities such as review of relevant documents/reports,
Manage the vendor's performance in execution of Validation Studies,
Develop supplier's proficiency in risk assessment,
Develop and implement efficient and effective inspection and control plans
Conduct on-site quality and process assessments at Vendor's to approve new suppliers and ongoing assessment of established suppliers. Review and approve Validation of production processes. Design and validate processes Responsible of risk management plans Generate Quality metrics on supplier performance and establish measures to monitor quality costs and cost avoidance Communicate and assure appropriate implementation of Quality Process Ensure effective and timely closure on all Supplier Corrective Action Requests. Maintain standards of housekeeping & GMP requirements Assists in the development, implementation and review of standard operating procedures
Experience requirement:
A university degree in engineering or other related scientific discipline strong experience in a quality role within a medical devices industry Experience with Quality Auditing Knowledge of FDA and medical devices regulations specific Manufacturing area Knowledge of 3D-Printing processes.
