Senior UX Designer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Be a team member of the already existing global in-house UX team
- Take responsibility for a defined area along the user journey (e.g. diagnostic workflows, simulation, etc.)
- Apply various UX methodologies to support teams in defining the user problem and proposing concepts and solutions
- Identify common user flows and collaborate with other UX team members to develop overarching design solutions
- Contribute to the design system by creating some visual components as needed
- The work location is Zurich, with a hybrid working model
Main qualifications
- Experience working with a global, multidisciplinary team of UX experts, product managers, and architects/technical leads throughout the design process
- A strong portfolio of previous UX design projects demonstrating the designs and process that led to the final solution
- Technical understanding of front-end development to support collaboration with development teams
- Proficiency and familiarity with various design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, Sketch, and Invision
- Experience selecting and applying various UCD methodologies such as prototyping, user journeys, user personas, etc.
- Excellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience and ability to analyze UX issues with various stakeholders
- Business fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantageous
