Power BI Developer and Analyst (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- The projects aim is to deliver a range of reports and dashboards in Power BI to support analytical needs ranging from management dashboards to operational reports, based on the SAP EWM source system
- Analyze data from the SAP EWM system and create dashboards and reports for the management
- Conduct requirements session with the business stakeholders, propose solutions through an iterative prototyping approach and determine the right data sources (working with the works with the SAP EWM system integrator to set up the needed structures (CDS views, oData services, ...)) to support the reports and dashboards
- Program the needed analytical tools with Power BI
- Support standardization of KPIs, measurements, reports and dashboards to ensure solutions can also be used by other distribution centers once they are migrated to SAP EWM
- Create technical and end user documentation
Main qualifications
- Well versed in Power BI Development (DAX, SQL, Power Query, Data Flows, Visualizations, Report Builder, Security) and Data modeling, in addition to analysis
- Important to have a good understanding of warehousing and logistics processes. A big plus is warehouse management systems experience (such as SAP EWM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addition to a flexible and solution oriented personality
- Sound English as the corporate language (spoken and written). German knowledge for local communication is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively interface and interact with team and stakeholders
