DevOps Engineer vacancy requiring profound Azure, Docker and Kubernetes knowledge for a globally operating Zug based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Delivering complex, broadly defined DevOps assignments specification along with planning, implementing, testing and documenting them
- Drafting and defining tasks for others regarding the assignments
- Planning and implementing complex internal and external sub-projects by involving numerous employees and being responsible for an area of technological activity
- Participating in detailed design, code reviews, bug and issues triage
- Supporting well-informed decisions towards business and engineering goals together with reviewing expert for other project groups
- Being responsible for internal and external knowledge transfer along with defining overarching concepts for the entire product area
Your experience/knowledge:
- 4+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI, CD, automation, source control systems, packaging and deployments
- Expertise with technologies like Microsoft Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, LxC, LxD and IaC
- Coding knowledge in C# and C++
- Proficiency of Linux including Debian or Ubuntu as well as experience of Debian packaging, Debian configuration management and GIT
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational
