For a project at our client`s site in Zurich we are looking for aCommercial Applications Operator (m/w/d)
As Commercial Applications Operator, you will ensure the operation and maintenance of current and future ERP- systems, related systems, and interfaces, as well as coordinate and support in further development activities, change and release management of these applications in accordance with operational requirements.
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience) in STEM disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in administration and maintenance of ERP systems
• Good IT background to understand and classify raised issues
• Proven knowledge in business processes (Sales Order, Purchase Order, Productions Planning, Finance and Consolidation)
• Full competence in understanding of system integrations and financial process flows
• Work experience in an international environment
• Self-reliant, diligent, well-organized and team-oriented performance
• Generally good communication skills to unify business stakeholders and IT teams
• Fluent in German and English
Your responsibilities:
• Consult and support business users in area of application and process handling related to Abacus, Tagetik, D365BC (and future ERP related systems)
• Analyze of applications errors received from ServiceDesk as an intermediate layer to the Commercial Applications Team
• Provide workarounds to secure business continuity, resolve errors as far as possible
• Support the Team in maintenance and extension of interfaces between applications
• Contribute and participate in defining (small) change requests
• Participate in specification, testing and roll-out of new feature or releases
• Maintenance- and Release-planning in collaboration with Head of Commercial applications and the team
