SharePoint Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Analysing, systematically capturing and documenting business processes while identifying information flows and how processes interact with information systems
- Driving best practices in structuring, storing, managing and governing information efficiently through its lifecycle
- Guiding business information asset owners in information governance matters
- Monitoring, assessing and improving bank-wide guidelines and best practices while proposing improvements to processes and systems
- Implementing SharePoint solutions using out of the box functionalities and simple client-side code as well as supporting the upgrade to next version of SharePoint
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in information management business analysis with sound understanding of flow of transaction, production of report and document metadata
- 8+ years of practice with SharePoint including on-premises experience with
- Expertise in how to build solutions using SharePoint and good understanding of out of the box features
- Knowhow of SharePoint's Security model, core lists infrastructure and document management capabilities
- Competency of JavaScript and common JS libraries such as jQuery with the ability to assist coding activities aside of the business analysis if required
- Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum
