UX Designer - Figma - required for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial services sector.Your experience/skills:
- Hands-on work experience as UX Designer working in agile teams across internal digital products
- Strong communication skills to convey benefits of including users from the start
- Ability to prototype, ideally in Figma as well as basic understanding of PowerBI and Foundry technology like limitations to configuration
- Experience with datadriven UI development plus the ability to conduct research and testing independently
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Providing repeatable approach to customer centric data visualisation such as user research, prototyping and dashboard visualisations - MVP - and testing
- Applying approach across approx. 4 products as well as unifying the teams around the aim of customer centric data visualisations
- Engaging with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problems
- Working with Business Analyst and Software Developers in defining customer needs and potential software products
- Developing prototypes to be used as a blueprint for software development activities
- Preparing and conducting customer / user interviews as well as workshops while also preparing and executing of stakeholder workshops
