Technical Solutions Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.Your experience/skills:
- Strong understanding of Web Technologies, as well as experience with troubleshooting in a technical support capacity
- Solid customer facing experience in project based work, basic familiarity with Google Ads
- Developing experience with programming languages such as, Java, Python, JavaScript/JSON, XML and templating tools is desired
- Expertise with designing new processes and workflows to streamline support processes
- Experience working collaboratively and driving results with engineering, product management, and operations
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Clarifying project/partner requirements, facilitating the migration of existing partners onto new platforms
- Leveraging implementation best practices/standards and our implementation methodology to ensure requirements and solutions are well documented
- Acting as trusted advisor to our partners and supporting them in creating effective ad campaigns which meet their business objectives
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development and Solutions Consultants to understand customer business needs
- Identifying opportunities to improve ability to scale and improve processes, develop tools and utilities.
