Senior DWH Developer - ETL/Oracle/PL/SQL/DataStage

Project / Role: Our customer in the Bern region is looking for an experienced data warehouse developer to work in an agile DevOps team on a project to further develop the EDWH. The tools used are: Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), ETL tools.

Tasks:
- Further development of EDWH, including consolidation of old DWHs (based on Oracle PL/SQL)
- Analyzing source systems for the data warehouse and Datamarts
- Creation of the ETL design for a scalable data warehouse
- Ensuring the operation in a team in compliance with the SLAs (DevOps)
- Advice and support for customers in analysis, conception and implementation
- Performance optimizations

Requirements:
- Many years of experience with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Experience in BI data processing
- Experience in logical and physical data modeling in the DWH environment
- Experience with an ETL tool
- You have fun with conceptual and analytical activities
- You can present complex interrelationships in a structured and comprehensible way.
- You are a communicative personality with strong implementation skills who is used to working independently in a DevOps team.
- You are reliable, flexible, performance-oriented.
- You speak fluent German.

Desirable:
- Experience in reporting (preferably SAP BO)
- Experience with IBM Info-Sphere / Data-Stage
- Experience with performance optimization in DWH environments
