A global Swiss Reinsurance Company.
Tasks
• Analyze and assess together with the team the existing administrative and service management processes to identify improvement potential.
• Propose, based on the identify improvement potential, improvements and plan and manage the implementation of them.
• Evaluate existing processes, workflows, systems and support structures and integrate new or changed services.
• Determine process gaps and implement process improvements, where necessary / drive move to common global processes.
• Ensure the enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Drive the CSI within Production Delivery by preparing and completing action plans.
• Implement production, productivity, quality and service standards.
• Resolve problems by identifying the root cause and determining improvements and implementing the changes.
• Initiate corrective actions.
• Benchmark service management best practices.
Requirements
• Broad knowledge and experience in the area of Process Improvement, Managing Processes, Planning, Developing Standards, Emphasizing Excellence.
• Experience in designing services.
• Working know-how in service management and specifically of the ITIL framework (one or more ITIL V3 Intermediate Certifications).
• Strong background in service management roles is a must.
• Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks and demands, ability to work independently.
• Effectively using organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and follow thru.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated customer and service orientation.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to risk management and analysis techniques.
• Experience of self-managing technical projects and / or risk analysis and delivering to specific objectives and firm dates.
• Experience with process and technical documentation specification, review and updates – in English.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
