For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a
Deputy test manager and analyst Service Model Roll-out
Start date: ASAP - at latest November 2015 Duration: 12 months
Location: Zurich
Tasks in this role:
- Collaborate with and support test manager (reporting, planning of test execution, environment coordination)
- Analyzing specifications, write testcases for new functionality of EB2.0, edit regression testcases, improve quality of existing testcases
- Setup of new regression testcases
- Execution of testcases (new functionality and regression tests), Free-test,
- Open and manage defects - retesting of found bugs
Tools: Spira and Jira
Must have skills:
- At least 4 years of testing experience
- Banking knowledge
- ISTQB certified tester foundation level
- Fluent in German and English
Preferable
- Knowhow of Jira and Spira test tools
- Banking knowledge required with respect to portfolio Management and the latest knowledge of legal and compliance issues would be an advantage
- Experience of financial products and Front Office knowledge
- ISTQB Test Analyst
- Quick, independent worker (Agile work environment!)
- Ability to adapt to the business needs
- Analytical thinker required to pinpoint the most pertinent test scenarios and to liaise with the business analysts in ensuring detailed test coverage
- Communicative, friendly person with an accurate and exact working style
- Weekend and evening work is occasionally required during release period
