Our client is a bank with international approach located in Zurich. The firm offers a very professional environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an experienced team.

We are looking for a contractor/consultant with excellent understanding in modern GUI design to work as a Senior Developer.

Tasks

  • Developing modular applications in C#/.net (WPF) to automate manual business processes in the structured product (Equity/FX) area
  • The Application interacts with existing services in a SOA setup
  • The development is done under modern GUI design

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience wit following technologies: C#, .net, WPF, XAML, WCF, Visual Studio, SOLID Design Principles
  • Previous work experience in banking or financial services
  • Experience with n-tier distributed architecture
  • Excellent understanding in modern GUI design
  • Preferably good knowledge in MSSQL-Server,Python, EF, Caliburn.Micro, DevExpress, Telerik, Continuous Integretion, Teamcity, SubVersion, Domain Driven Design, IBM WebSphere MQ, Resharper, RabbitMQ, MongoDB
  • Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)

This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm, working within an exciting and fast paced environment.

The assignment duration is planned for 1 year (extension likely) and is relatively flexible. Start Date is ASAP.
