For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Service Manager.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge about ITIL processes
- Strong experience with managing integration development teams OR operation teams
- Good people management skills
- Fluent in English
Main tasks:
Responsible for designing and implementing the service level management policy and processes.
Position will not be hands-on, you will have to ove4rlook and manage the processes.
