Junior Support Analyst wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
This eHelp role is mandated to provide an accurate, professional and friendly support service to the banks internal and external clients using all eCommerce platforms.
Your tasks:
- Answering business questions regarding banking eCommerce applications
- Monitoring system infrastructures and coordinating with banking production support teams
- Taking ownership of each client issue through root cause and solution
- Monitoring system infrastructure
- Coordinating/escalating to other production support teams and business groups
Your experience/skills:
- First experience in IT support
- Business or technical apprenticeship
- General IT understanding, as well as knowledge of most common Operating Systems
- The ability to master new technology and effectively adapt knowledge and skills
- Languages: fluent English and German, French would be a big plus
