Senior Business Expert for insurance product optimization for our client in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Conducting insurance product portfolio optimization activities for selected European Countries based on pre-defined methodology (quantitative/qualitative assessment, recommendation)
- Quantitative Assessment: Preparing of insights based on historical data/available KPI'
- Qualitative Assessment: Gathering of qualitative insights (marketing, sales, operations, )
- Deliverable: Heat Map and final recommendation per product & country for each Line of Business (LoB)
Your experience/skills:
- Experienced with insurance KPI's, eg combined ratio, claims ratio, expense ratio as well as managing a small team of business resources
- Experience with corporate insurance business and/or products out of LoB's Liability, Property, Financial Lines, Engineering, Marine, Motor Fleet and Accident & Travel
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology (eg Sprint Planning, Backlog Prioritization, Daily Stand-up)
- Database know-how: QlikView, Reporting Databases, SQL-Statements
- Willingness to travel 30% (countries: Belgium, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway; initial focus being on Belgium and the Netherlands)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
