Our Department:
The Applications team serves the Private Banking unit with DWH services, Business Intelligence Solutions and Sales and Monitoring tools for the Private Banking salesforce. The team provides IT services as maintenance, enhancement and development for Flow of Funds (FoF) applications. The developed application provides functionality in key areas such transaction monitoring for highly regulated areas, standard and ad hoc reporting on Management level, flexible and audit trailed changing of thresholds and tuning of surveillance algorithms.
Description:
The FoF application is a project providing Transaction Monitoring for Business Information & Systems and for Compliance AML. Transaction Monitoring includes creating inflows and outflows and to Monitoring this against the AML Rules for single flow and turnovers. FoF provides a framework and environment of tools and capabilities for business users to create background reports for unusual flows, to recognize resident non domiciled remittance (RnD Rem) Flows for Tax and to deliver Key figures for Reports. Corba Services and PL/1 Batch Processes are used extensively in the project with DB2 used as the primary database.
You Offer
We are looking for a Senior PL/1-developer with profound DB2 experiences
Excellent experience in Mainframe technologies especially in PL/1
Practical experience of performance tuning and optimization is also very important.
Command of conceptual Database Modelling as well as knowledge of DB2 technology
Practical knowledge of Scripting SQL queries
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in English, German considered a plus.
Ability to be able to work concurrently on a number of different topics and to be able to change focus quickly as needed
